The One Club, an advertising industry organization (501 C 3) with a focus on education and creative excellence in advertising, is excited to announce the return of our annual creative career fair,  “Here Are All the Black People”. HAATBP will take place on Wednesday, September 24th at the Metropolitan Pavilion in New York. 
Along with agency partners, we are presenting “Here Are All the Black People” to address the issue of the lack of diversity in advertising, specifically in the creative departments.   This event will provide real solutions to hiring people from diverse backgrounds.  At HAATBP, there will be discussions and testimonials from professionals in the industry, portfolio reviews with agency recruiters and opportunities for networking with creative professionals and other attending participants. We will also offer personal brand building sessions, website creation seminars, and mentoring sessions. 
Our goal is to create career opportunities for multicultural aspiring creatives, who are looking to enter the industry by garnering interviews or a commitment for an internship.  We hope that by exposing aspiring creative talent to the professional opportunities in advertising, we will begin to change the face of the industry. Agency recruiters and creative directors will be there, and we hope to bring in as many talented people from across the country as possible.
