PAID INTERNSHIP

Vector is looking for a recent grad (or soon-to-be graduate) with a BA in Design (though you should feel free to apply if you’re still in school at any level and we’ll certainly consider your application and possibly meet to offer advice). You should be skilled in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, have the ability to express your ideas in a team environment and be ready for new challenges and experiences. Familiarity with Sketch, prototyping tools or code and experience in video/motion are bonuses but not required.
Benefits
• “Lunch on us” every day via your own Seamless account
• Museum Visits and other regular out of the office quick field trips
• Regular in-office meetups (with the team and other friends of Vector) with beer, wine and snacks

Intern can expect to learn

We look at our internship program as a place for us both to learn, grow and innovate. You’ll be as much a part of the team as anyone else and you’ll be encouraged to speak up on a daily basis, bringing your own point of view to our work and office environment.
You’ll find yourself helping us prep for a client workshop, iterating on a user experience problem, exploring a broad variety of options for an identity and much much more.
Most importantly we’re here to support you. You’ll be paired with a mentor to see you through your time at Vector, push you to create your best work and give you advice on how to advance your career.  Internships last for 3 to 6 months and are paid (hey, you’re talented and you deserve to be paid for that!).

Application Details

Please send a website showing your work and your resume & cover letter (sure!) but what we really want to hear is why you’re passionate about working in design to the attention of Nick Spriggs.
Please email: [email protected]
Bonus: Tell us about a time that you met a designer who inspired you.
