We are currently seeking a passionate and creative intern to join our team and manage our social media platforms.

At Tools & Tiaras Inc., we are on a mission to empower girls aged 6-14 by showing them that Jobs Don’t Have Genders™. Through hands-on workshops and summer camps focused on skilled trades, our Expose. Inspire. Mentor. program breaks down gender stereotypes and redefines what is traditionally considered “women’s work.” We aim to equip these girls with the skills and confidence to see limitless possibilities and shape the world they envision.

Intern Description:

Time Commitment: Flexible daily hours, up to 20 hours per week

Scope of Work:

• Maintain a social media calendar featuring T&T workshops, announcements, news, girls, instructors, and team members, as well as relevant content about women in construction, fearless girls in the news, and history-makers.
• Track trending topics and content related to T&T, girls’ empowerment, and the construction trades.
• Create content, including post visuals and accompanying copy, using our branded templates.
• Post across T&T’s social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter/X.
• Maintain an algorithm-friendly posting cadence of one post per day, 3-4 times per week (more frequent if T&T content or activities warrant).
• Create reels for Facebook.
• Engage with commenters across T&T’s social platforms by replying to comments.
• Interact with other like-minded social pages to drive engagement.
