To fulfill them, we seek only the best: the best intellects; the best creatives; the best humans. With a focus on either art or copy, the Creative intern will focus on elevating creativity. 

What you’ll do: 

  • Create | Apply consistency and continuity of brand across a variety of deliverables in the design and layout of various client projects.  Design comps, graphic elements, and final deliverables orwrite clear, persuasive, original copy, and translate concepts into effective messages to be executed in various media. Write both long- and short-form content or create visuals for multichannel initiatives, presentations, and other projects. 
  • Collaborate | Partner with team specifically art/copy partner for the timely development and execution of campaigns and projects, including the concepting, execution, referencing and annotating of final deliverables.  
  • Develop | Apply a consistency and continuity of the brand across a variety of tactics.  Develops understanding of audience needs and targets copy/creative while changing voices or imagery to appropriately meet them.  Present creative in internal meetings. 
  • Organize Manage work in progress with proper server filing hierarchy; Take and keep reasonably thorough file notes and minutes of meetings/phone calls for own reference; Maintain a reasonable library of own reference material relating to assigned clients; Maintain accurate records of time and expenses; Enter timesheet daily. 

Who you are: 

  • Writer or Designer | Maintains consistently high standards of writing, assures accuracy, completeness, and neatness of own copy and demonstrates an excellent command of the English language or strong design aesthetic with working knowledge of best design practices. 
  • Communicator | Must be able to convey ideas in ways that are understood and relatable and rational by both the client and to fellow team members. They should be flexible and able to accept revisions without letting ego get in the way. Demonstrates the ability to focus on the problem at hand and is able to synthesize information and knowledge to offer a solution 
  • Adaptable | Picks up on technical things quickly; is good at learning new industry, company, product, and/or technical knowledge developments of the client’s business as well as the agency business; has the functional and technical knowledge and skills to do the job at a high level of accomplishment  
  • Researcher | Proactively research information as pertains to your projects.  The ideal candidate for this position should thrive under pressure and be able to produce creative work that is on-strategy. They should develop a basic understanding of marketing, advertising and the creative process.  

What You’ll Need: 

  • Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university with Junior or Senior standing for fall 2021, or a spring 2021 graduate. 
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. 
  • Applicant must be able to work 40 hours per week during regular business hours throughout the 10-week Internship Program fully remote.
  • Strong understanding of Adobe Creative Suite, with particular fluency in Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator. 
  • Understanding of Motion and Mobile/UX design a plus. 
  • Creatives MUST include a portfolio link/attachment within their resume.  
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, strong attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Highly collaborative; team player. Self-starter; able to juggle multiple projects at once. 

This program will run from June to August and will be fully remote, all candidates must be in the US.
