Summer Artivist Fellowship Program

TaskForce is excited to announce the Summer Artivist Fellowship Program to be launched in June 2020. COVID-19 and its devastating effects on job security and employment availability has heightened a sense of instability among recent graduates. TaskForce would like to help address this need by providing opportunities to learn and gain invaluable skills in an intensive three-month program. Under the leadership of staff with expertise in the fields of marketing, analytics, partnerships management and design, Fellows will delve into projects with the ultimate goal of shaping public opinion and policy through creative culture. Highlights of the program include featured monthly speakers and a collaborative project.

Cultural Research Summer Fellow

TaskForce seeks a Fellow interested in digital design trends as it relates to current political and cultural events. The Fellow will report to the Head of Design and provide research support to the design team to inform gif and meme creation.
You will learn about:

  • Impact of design in the digital space
  • Using data to generate more impact
  • How data and trends can drive artistic approach

Recent college graduates are strongly encouraged to apply. Fellows will be working remotely. This is a paid fellowship from June-August 2020.

Requirements

  • Interest in design trends, politics and data research
  • Knowledgeable about the digital space including gifs and memes as it applies to non-profits and politics
  • Digital design or political science background is a plus
