We’re currently in the midst of rebranding our studio from Kristen Fulchi Design Studio to Studio Fulchi.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Our developer is moving on to a new opportunity and we’re looking for a talented Web Designer & Developer to join our team! We’re a growing boutique design firm which allows this position to be a mix of multiple specialties. We’re looking for someone who not only has an absolute love of design, but a knack for code as well. This position requires full knowledge of the Shopify platform as well as Adobe XD. In addition to designing & developing websites, you’ll have the opportunity to join, learn, and work on multiple other facets of the studio as we continue to grow. This role requires strong coding skills, a killer design eye, the ability to work with feedback, meet studio deadlines, and of course, a love of our KFDS/Studio Fulchi style!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Design Website drafts in Adobe XD
+ Build out full Shopify websites with custom code
+ Meet with Design Lead for initial direction and feedback
+ Work through revisions
+ Support clients during their support period
+ Record Client Training Videos
+ Various other Studio tasks as we continue to grow
PROGRAM SKILLS:
+ Shopify
+ CSS
+ HTML
+ Liquid
+ Adobe XD
+ Javascript (a plus)
+ Other Adobe programs (a plus)
PERSONAL SKILLS:
+ Self-starter – can take a request and complete it without needing step by step instructions
+ Strong communicator – willing to be open about what they need additional clarification on
+ Loves an open, honest, and collaborative environment
+ Detail oriented
+ Available to respond to email/text quickly
+ Responsible/Timely – ability to meet studio deadlines
+ Positive mindset – we can do anything!
+ Must love our design style and design similarly
+ Ability to adapt design style to fit the client’s defined aesthetic
HOURS: 40 hours a week
POSITION TYPE: Full-Time, Salary
LOCATION: Remote with flexible hours, must be available between 8am and 5pm EST for communication/team meetings
